Project Commitment

Fee Agreement

I understand that my fee for this project has been agreed separately and will be paid upon receipt of a valid invoice.

Superannuation will be arranged separately where applicable under current ATO guidelines. Payment will be made upon receipt of invoice.

Legal Agreement

I acknowledge that I am engaged as an independent contractor and not as an employee of Horizon Orchestral Studio.

I consent to photography, video, and audio recording of rehearsals and performances for promotional, archival, and marketing purposes.

I understand that fees may be reduced or withheld if I withdraw without reasonable notice, and that Horizon reserves the right to replace musicians where necessary.

I acknowledge that I participate in this project at my own risk.
